Susan D. Lippe, Vice President
Sue is a vital member of Valutron’s team as she coordinates all the appraisal assignments, assists in due diligence, reviews every appraisal report, and maintains the company’s quality control. In addition, Sue handles the company’s accounting and logistics. With over 40 years of experience in real estate and accounting, Sue’s oversight ensures punctual and accurate report delivery. In her spare time, Sue enjoys playing mahjong and canasta, reading, photography, spending time with her family, playing tennis and playing with her puppy. |
Sue has been Vice President of Valutron since its inception in 1983. After graduating from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she started her career with an investment accounting firm. Sue has been with Valutron since day one and has also been a part of training new appraisers.
