Barry M. Lippe, AVP Barry joined Valutron in 2009. Prior to joining Valutron, Barry was a financial research analyst at a Hedge Fund, where he honed his skills in financial analysis, risk management, and detailed due diligence.
Barry grew up in the world of real estate, and the transition to Valutron came naturally. He quickly obtained his New York State certification for residential appraisals and has appraised several record-breaking sales for private banking clients. He specializes in condominiums and cooperative projects in addition to single and multi-family townhomes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. His comprehensive knowledge and fastidious attention to detail propelled Barry to the top of his field.
His expertise is recognized within the NYC Brokerage community, which has led to many referrals to high-end clientele in need of valuations.
Born and raised in New York, Barry earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University with a major in Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, sailing, traveling, and exploring new restaurants in Manhattan. |
